Diamond cutting

WHAT IS DIAMOND CUTTING?

Alloy wheel diamond cutting process is a premium finish for exclusive and modern alloys. You can recognise this type of wheel by a shiny metal effect surface in combination with a painted colour.

It is a precise highly advanced process carried out by CNC Lathe, where a tiny bit of the surface of face of a wheel is taken off. This removes kerb damage/scratches together with previous lacquer coat (if the wheel wasn’t chemically stripped off paint earlier) leaving on the wheel a high shine finish, making it ready for a new lacquer protection coat that brings the wheel back to new.

This style of wheels is becoming a popular trend in the automotive market nowadays, 10 years ago this finish was reserved only for top end luxurious makes and models, but today it’s spread over the entire range.

WHERE TO DO IT? HOW TO DO IT? WHO CAN DO IT RIGHT?
Let us help you to make that decision!

We have invested more money in our diamond cutting equipment than any other company in the country & more than on all our remaining expensive departments joined together!

Thanks to that we are in possession of the LATEST most advanced Diamond Cutting technology in this part of the world.

Highly advanced profiling, probing and programming packs and tools assisting our machine in delivering the best possible finish, creating stunning smooth arches.

Our equipment delivers the finest surface cutting pattern without any technical imperfections matching OEM wheels worldwide. A lot of cheaper machines are struggling to deliver this quality.

It's the precise control of depth and speed of cut that gives an edge over other diamond cutters by not taking off too much material of the surface which allows to re cut the wheel in the future again if you wish to do so. Our machine can cut wheels with 0.001 mm precision!

If your wheel is cut too deep not only do you expose harsher materials of the wheel but also you will not be able to
re cut it safely anymore and with consequences to the overall image.

We are specialists in all other processes that need to be carried out prior to Diamond Cut process - run on flat and low profile tyre fitting, structural alloy wheel repairs - machine straightening , TIG welding and powder coating.
