Who we’re looking for
You’ll have deep experience in at least one of the four areas:
- Tyre fitting, wheel balancing and car wheel fitting,
- Alloy wheel straightening and welding,
- Powder coating, spray painting and surface preparation/ treatment,
- CNC alloy wheel diamond cutting.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates enthusiasm and interest in growing with us for the long haul. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, driven by success and has a principled approach to work.
Required skills:
- 5+ years experience in a related field (body shops, tyre shops, etc.)
- Ability to produce results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently
- Excellent customer negotiation and communication skills
- Desire to learn and adapt to new ways of working
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Legal authorization to work in Ireland
- Ability to lift up to 25kg
