Who we’re looking for

You’ll have deep experience in at least one of the four areas:

  • Tyre fitting, wheel balancing and car wheel fitting,
  • Alloy wheel straightening and welding,
  • Powder coating, spray painting and surface preparation/ treatment,
  • CNC alloy wheel diamond cutting.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates enthusiasm and interest in growing with us for the long haul. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter, driven by success and has a principled approach to work.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years experience in a related field (body shops, tyre shops, etc.)
  • Ability to produce results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well independently
  • Excellent customer negotiation and communication skills
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new ways of working
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Legal authorization to work in Ireland
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg
